Bottled by Hunter Laing for The First Editions series, this single malt from Bunnahabhain spent 15 years maturing in an oloroso sherry butt between 2007 and 2023. A release of 246 cask strength bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
Crème brulée with a dusting of nutmeg, zesty marmalade, and poached stone fruit.
Cooked apples and apricots, warm toffee, and candied nuts join dense layers of sherried oak.
Fruit cake and sweet spices linger for the finish.
