A Douglas Laing SIngle Minded bottling of Bunnahabhain single malt, drawn from a single cask (if we say the word "single" any more it'll start to lose meaning and just sound like a jumbled mix of letters, so let's try to avoid that). It was allowed to mature for 10 years before being bottled at 43% ABV.
Buttery malt and rock pool minerality, joined by touches of fresh white grape.
Continued focus on the malt, complemented by meaty aromas and brown sugar.
A medium length, peat-driven finish.
