Bottled by Brave New Spirits for its Whisky of Voodoo series, The High Priest us an eight year old single malt from an undisclosed distillery on the Orkney Islands (we'll let you have a guess which). Matured in first-fill Bordeaux wine barriques, it was bottled up at 52.6%, so a drop or two of water should bring out even more of those red berry notes.
