An indie bottling of Braeval (or as it was formally known, Braes-of-Glenlivet), matured in a single cask for 21 years. It was distilled in 1994 (the year the distillery changed its name!) and aged until 2016, when it was bottled by House of Macduff for the Golden Cask range. 195 bottles were produced.
Nose: Apricot and almond butter, with a kick of clove underneath.
Palate: Vanilla and caramel as it opens, leading the way to fresh lemon and mango.
Finish: Banana bread, cinnamon and sea salt.
