A Royal Brackla single malt, aged in a single bourbon cask for 16 years before Hunter Laing bottled it for the Old Malt Cask 25th anniversary range at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. A release of 152 bottles.
Lemon ice cream, acacia honey, soft ginger.
Custard cream biscuits, Maltesers, grapefruit.
Long on lemon meringue pie.
