From the delightful Royal Brackla distillery in the Highlands comes this 11-year-old expression which was matured in two ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled up by Signatory in November 2020 at 43% ABV.
Aromatic sandalwood, some floral notes and orange zest join vanilla, cacao and red apples.
Fresh berries, buttery pastries, toasted almonds and a little ginger.
Peppery spice lingers among some orchard fruit and caramel.
