Distilled in September 2015, this single malt from Bowmore spent eight years maturing in a single barrel. The cask was opened by Douglas Laing in November 2023, releasing a total of 310 bottles for the independent Provenance collection.
Sooty smoke, cakey spice, roasted barley, and chocolate-coated coffee beans.
Vanilla fudge softens bold, pungent peat smoke, with salted chocolate in tow.
Coastal, mineral character lingers, with oatcakes and marmalade, oaken vanilla, and chimney smoke.
