Description
This single cask Bowmore was distilled in 2015 and then aged for 8 years in a single refill barrel. Just 284 bottles were filled in 2023, without colouring or chill filtration, at 46% ABV by Douglas Laing for its Provenance range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Seaweed, sooty smoke, oatcakes, pineapple, and lemon peel.
Palate
Rich vanilla and toffee blend with smoke and fruit. There's sea salt throughout.
Finish
Rock pools and cinnamon.
