Very old single malt from the Bowmore distillery on Islay, drawn from a single hogshead cask that matured the whisky for a massive 42 years. Said cask was filled in May 1974 and cracked open in January 2017 by Signatory. The whisky was then bottled for the Cask Strength Collection Rare Reserve with an outturn of just 183 bottles.
