Lochend Vol. II blends five coastal and fruity single malts, all married in a Saint Émilion wine barrique. Ledaig and Bunnahabhain bring smoke and shoreline character, while Blair Athol, Tomintoul and Tamnavulin add orchard fruit and soft sweetness. Only 320 bottles released at 46.8% ABV.
Nutty with yellow plum, red apple, vanilla pod, biscuits, dried red berries and a touch of earth.
Bright with redcurrant, soft oak tannins, orchard fruit, toasted oak, clove and coastal salt.
Balanced, gently drying with fruit, smoke and malt.
