Signatory selected this 17-year-old single malt from Blair Athol to join its 100 Proof Editions. Distilled in 2007, the whisky matured entirely in olroso sherry butts before bottling without added colour or chill filtration, at a hearty 57.1% ABV.
As per the label, this was an exceptionally good tasting whisky and I thoroughly enjoyed sharing it with like minded friends.
