Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Zesty marmalade, lemon balm, honeyed barley, and dustings of cinnamon sugar.

Palate: Chocolate flapjack, packed with dates, apricots in syrup, a little coffee, and cacao.

Finish: Peppery spice and a hint of carraway, with biscuity malt and maple syrup in tow.
