This sublime single malt Scotch whisky from Bladnoch distillery was bottled by Signatory to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Fittingly, it comes with a sophisticated presentation box and two tasting glasses. This is a particularly interesting bottle of Bladnoch as it was distilled in March 1993, just a few months before the distillery's 1993 mothballing (though that was definitely not the last we heard from Bladnoch!). 239 bottles were produced.
Purchased Bladnoch 25yo bottled by Alexander Murray at Costco. Was discounted to $89. Turns out to be a great bargain. Very smooth and light. No spice or peat. One of the best I ever had. Purchased a second bottle and plan to get more if any left. Love it.
