Bivrost Alfheim
The eighth Norwegian single malt to join Bivrost's Nine Worlds of Norse Mythology series! Nestled at the foot of the Arctic Lyngen Alps, Bivrost uses glacial meltwater during fermentation and distills from 100% Nordic barley. Alfheim is matured in a selection of European, American, Hungarian, Columbian, and chinquapin oak casks.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet notes of spiced fruit loaf with cinnamon, sultanas, and raisins, with a touch of woody spice and a trickle of runny toffee.
Palate
Cinnamon snaps, rich caramel, and warming notes of clove are backed by dried coconut and oaken vanilla.
Finish
Sultanas and stone fruits linger alongside fragrant spice.
