Exclusive to Master of Malt comes this single malt whisky from London distillery Bimber. One of four expressions that will form part of The Four Elements series, this one is fire by name, fire by nature. It was aged in a single virgin American oak cask, cask #332 to be specific, which was heavily charred to create big firey flavours that pair beautifully with the rich fruity qualities of Bimber's spirit. A total of 242 bottles were filled at 58.9% ABV.
Orange peels, tinned peaches, and spit-roasted pineapple join marzipan and roasted nuts whilst cinnamon and ginger provide liveliness.
Gently spiced tinned fruit (peach and apricot) sit together with vanilla cream, oven-baked pastries, and milk chocolate alongside fizzing cask spices.
Dry earthy spicing with shaved chocolate and fading stone fruit.
