Bimber Spirit of the Underground (cask 99) - Waterloo 70cl Whisky

English whisky distillery Bimber is based in London and honoured its home by collaborating with Transport for London to establish the Spirit of the Underground series. This is the Waterloo edition, a whisky matured in a single bourbon cask before 257 bottles were filled at 58.3% ABV.
