From London's Bimber Distillery, this English single malt is part of the Shoulders of Giants series which pays homage to significant people and their contributions. This particular release celebrates William Shakespeare. It was aged exclusively in a single beer cask (#517/30), from French craft brewery La Débauche, which was filled into 271 bottles without chill filtration or artificial colourings at a strength of 57.7% ABV.
