Bimber Shoulders of Giants - Sax The Inventor 70cl Whisky

From London's Bimber Distillery, this English single malt is part of the Shoulders of Giants series which pays homage to significant people and their contributions. This particular release celebrates inventor Antoine-Joseph "Adolphe" Sax. It was aged in a single PX sherry cask which was filled into 302 bottles without chill filtration or artificial colourings at a strength of 58.3% ABV.
