From London's Bimber Distillery, this English single malt is part of the Shoulders of Giants series which pays homage to significant people and their contributions. This particular release celebrates Nicolaus Copernicus. It was aged in a single PX sherry cask (#241/18) cask which was filled into 300 bottles without chill filtration or artificial colourings at a strength of 56.8% ABV.
