Another exciting limited edition release from London's Bimber Distillery! This is its Peated Cask expression, initially matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before a finish in quarter casks which previously held a peated Islay single malt! A brilliant balance of creamy bourbon influence and maritime smokiness, just 1,750 bottles were released at 54.1% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Subtle peat smoke underneath aromas of peach, cigar box, Sugar Puffs and sweet, creamy vanilla.

Palate: More peach, with oily peat smoke, fiery ginger spice and oak, leading into chocolate digestives and roasted coffee bean.

Finish: A dry finish of last bonfire smoke and peppery spices.
