London's Bimber is back with another fabulous English single malt! This is the second batch of its Oloroso Cask release, which after spending time in first fill bourbon casks, was finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. Think tropical fruit and spicy sherried notes, all bundled up in a wonderfully silky whisky. Just 920 bottles were released at 51.7% ABV.
Toasted tea cake packed with dried fruit, crystallised ginger and cinnamon buns along with a dash of lemon curd.
Sherried red fruit and chocolate-coated nuts, along with runny honey, banana pancakes and more cinnamon spice.
Pineapple upside-down cake, with lingering toasted baking spices.
