The third batch of Bimber's Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks single malt is here! Previous batches of this whisky have been very well received, and we're expecting a similar spectacular flavour profile from this one. The distillery in London clearly puts a lot of care and attention into making its whiskies, which is always wonderful to see.
Lemon peel, caraway, buttered brown bread, malt loaf, ginger.
Chewy caramels and a smidge of dark chocolate, while apricot and more lemon keep the palate bright and vibrant.
Lingering hints of anise and white pepper, wrapped up in waves of vanilla.
