Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lemon peel, caraway, buttered brown bread, malt loaf, ginger.

Palate: Chewy caramels and a smidge of dark chocolate, while apricot and more lemon keep the palate bright and vibrant.

Finish: Lingering hints of anise and white pepper, wrapped up in waves of vanilla.
