Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch No.2
Bimber's back with some bourbon barrel brilliance! It's the second batch of the distillery's Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks single malt, which (of course) has enjoyed its maturation in a gamut of bourbon casks. Top stuff from the distillery based in London, filled to the rafters with creamy vanilla and soft stone fruit notes.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Melted butter on crumpets, apricot, lemon peel and peppery oak.
Palate
Waves of milky coffee and honey, balanced by a zesty splash of fresh orange and drying barley.
Finish
Banana chips, peaches and vanilla.
