For this limited release, London's Bimber Distillery matured the single malt wholly in American white oak bourbon casks. This is Batch No.1 of the expression, which saw 1,948 bottles released at 51.8% ABV, each one packed full of stone fruit and creamy sweetness.

Dried apricot and vanilla buttercream, with coconut cake and biscuity malt.
Cinnamon French toast and peppery oak, alongside crisp orchard fruit and hints of peaches and cream.
