Big Peat Winter 2025 marries Islay single malt from Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila, and Port Ellen, then introduces a Madeira wine cask finish for good peaty measure. The whole thing is bottled up at 53.6% ABV with no chill-filtration or additional colouring.
Sweet malt and sea air lead, with salted caramel, vanilla, and a lingering Islay peatiness.
