Smooth and party,a must for islay lovers.
Peaty whiskies aren't normally my cup of tea but I have to admit this one packs a lot of punch. The nose is of smoke and earth but surprisingly smooth on the palate. I personally would have this again as I found it an enjoyable whisky and I would recommend.
Not that good. Don't really understand why this gets such rave reviews. Not much peat, just lemon and some wood and a lot of dryness. Not a fan.....
