A second edition of Edinburgh-honouring Big Peat! This time, the Islay-whisky-based blended malt has been bottled at 48% ABV, though once again features Big Peat shredding some hot licks on some bagpipes.

Personally I am getting more from blended islay malts, there are some amazing drams.I am a fan of Big Peat and so far I have enjoyed them all.Depending on your pallette,if you are a fan of chewy peppery, phenolic, with lemony undertones you can't go wrong with this!
A delightful dram. Full of Islay charm and character but intensified by the high Strength. Makes it last longer too. Splendid.
