As ever, it's packed to the brim with delicious smoky notes, and is a worthy toast to the legend that is Big Peat (and his natty yellow turtleneck jumper).

Nose
Roasted peanuts, petrichor, a hint of fresh pear cutting through the savoury elements.
Palate
Meaty malt and BBQ char, balanced by toffee and pineapple. A touch of new leather and tobacco.
Finish
Honey on toast, slightly leafy, plenty of peat smoke.
