Douglas Laing's 2023 Fèis ìle release of its Big Peat expression aims to pair perfectly with steak. If you're thinking 'I'm more of a red wine with steak person' well hang on a sec, because The Smokehouse Edition is a blend of cracking Islay single malts, most of which have been finished in full-bodied red wine casks.
