Brilliant single malt from Benrinnes, distilled in 2012 and matured for eight years, eventually being drawn from an Oloroso sherry barrique. In June 2021, the cask was cracked open by the expert indie bottlers at North Star, releasing a total outturn of 214 bottles.
Peppery oak, aromatic spice, floral honey and cedar.
Soft butterscotch, caramel pastries, red berries, buttered fruit loaf.
A touch of gingerbread, malted milk, and soft baking spice.
