Benrinnes 8YO 2008 #11072 Bottling Note

An 8 year old Benrinnes, bottled by Douglas Laing for their Provenance range. It was distilled in Speyside in 2008 and set aside in a refill hogshead until March 2016, when said cask was cracked open and emptied of its delicious whisky.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Shows off very well for its age, with generous helpings of oak spice, old leather and honey'd barley.

Palate: More honey, buckets of vanilla ice cream and a burst of citrus flesh.

Finish: Brioche and marmalade.
