A single cask Speysider here, distilled at Benrinnes in October 1996. A single hogshead cask held the whisky for over two decades, and after it turned 23 years of age Signatory bottled the single malt in March 2020. A limited 280 bottles were released for the Cask Strength Collection at 52.6% ABV. Generous helpings of honey and citrus to be found here.
Chocolate spread on pancakes, with banana bread and plump dried fruit.
Butterscotch and floral honey, supported by spiced chocolate and candied orange.
Waxy peels, oily malt and festive spices.
