    Distilled at Benrinnes in 1996, this single malt Speysider was then matured in a pair of hogsheads for 21 years, before being bottled by Signatory as part of the Cask Strength Collection. This expression weighs in at 51% ABV, and was a release of 561 bottles worldwide.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Strong notes of toasted rye bread, candied fruits and sultanas.

    Palate

    Rather Christmas-y, with notes of orange peel, toffee, dried fruit and kitchen spices alongside butterscotch.

    Finish

    Smooth and lengthy, with malt, zesty orange and a hint of black pepper on the finish.
