A Cask Strength Collection bottling of 21 year old Benrinnes single malt, aged in a pair of hoggies which were filled in June 1995 and bottled in May 2017. A release of 561 bottles from the much-loved Signatory.
Caramel-covered shortbread, a hint of vegetal oak, liquorice root.
Sweet pastries and spiced fruit. Quite nutty at points - think walnut and almond.
Milky coffee, cinnamon and apricot.
