A Signatory bottling of 20 year old single malt from the Benrinnes distillery, matured in a pair of hogshead from October 1997 to February 2018. Following its two-decade-long slumber, it was bottled at 43% ABV.
Creamy barley and waxy lemon peel, with a hint of apple thrown in for good measure.
Chewy oak and walnut, balanced by sweeter notes of fresh cream and stroopwafel.
Toasted marshmallow, cinnamon sticks, cereal.
