A Signatory bottling of 20 year old Benrinnes single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks. Said hoggies were filled in March 1997 and left to mature until February 2018, when the whisky was bottled at 43% ABV.
Fruity malt (think banana and white grape), chocolate digestives, polished oak.
Beeswax, Refresher bars, butterscotch and dried barley.
A touch of smoke sticks around behind notes of nutmeg and mango.
