A beautiful Benrinnes single malt, aged for 19 years in a pair of hogshead casks. This was distilled in October 1997 and bottled in March 2017 by the chaps from Signatory.
Golden Syrup and honey atop a freshly baked sponge cake. Subtle hints of vanilla-y oak.
Nutty at first (think walnuts and pecans) before layers of white chocolate and foam bananas take over the palate.
Roasted fruit and juicy oranges.
