Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasted sourdough with floral honey, buttery peach, and apricot, leading to candied fruits and earthen vanilla.

Palate: Dense charred oak and bold, biscuity malt bring notes of caramelised almonds and maple syrup. Dates and prunes arrive, with a touch of nutmeg at the edges.

Finish: The spicy warmth picks up, but so does the creamy barley, all tied together with layers of nutty vanilla, rich oak, and butterscotch.
