Independently bottled Benrinnes single malt, aged for 15 years in a single cask before being bottled by The Single Cask (who also have their own whisky bar in Singapore). It was distilled in May 2001 and bottled in August 2016 - only 96 bottles were produced.
Cookie dough, coconut, some floral malt and sharp apple.
Oatcakes, caramel, more apple blossom and toasted almond.
Rich vanilla and crushed walnuts.
