Distilled at Benrinnes in 2011, this single malt spent the next 13 years maturing in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry butts. The casks were opened by independent bottler Signatory, bottling up the whisky at a hearty 57.1% ABV, without chill filtration or artificial colouring as the 33rd instalment in its 100 Proof Edition series.
