Wine Cask
Distilled at Benrinnes in 2009, this 13-year-old Speyside single malt matured in a first-fill Saint-Emilion grand cru wine barrique. This single cask whisky was bottled by Brave New Spirits in 2022 for it's Cask Noir series of cryptically titled expressions. A limited outturn of 254 bottles, at cask strength, with no added colour or chill filtration.
Sweet potpourri, burnt oranges, glacé cherries, and rambling rose.
