This delightful single malt was distilled at Speyside's Benrinnes in September 2008. Following a maturation of 12 years in a pair of bourbon barrels, the whisky was bottled up by Signatory in August, for its ever expanding range of glorious indie Scotch bottlings.
Vanilla fudge and buttered popcorn, set honey, and toasted oak chips.
Zesty lemon peels and melted butter on sourdough, green oak, cinnamon biscuits, and light stone fruits.
Crème caramel with burnt sugar, malt loaf, and baking spice with creamy vanilla and peppery oak.
