For a dozen years, this single malt Scotch whisky from the Benrinnes distillery matured in a sherry butt - from 2005 to 2018. Following maturation, said cask was cracked open and the whisky was independently bottled by Langside for the Hepburn's Choice range. 348 bottles were produced.
Citrus peels, ginger, blueberry muffin.
Red apples, raw cinnamon, pastry and allspice.
Floral malt, brown sugar, a touch of linseed.
