Bourbon
This 11 year old single malt was distilled at Benrinnes in September 2008 and placed in bourbon barrels for maturation. Two of these fine casks were picked up by Signatory, who independently bottled the whisky in July 2020. A wonderfully creamy Speysider, packed with a good dose of fruit and spice.
Butter fudge and set honey with wafts of woodchip and toasted oak.
Fruity with wafts of peaches and cream, cinnamon buns, baking spices, toffee, and vegetal oak.
Burnt sugar, butterscotch, and white chocolate almonds.
