A Signatory bottling of Benrinnes, drawn from a pair of bourbon barrels that were laid down in June 2007. 11 years later, in February 2019, the sippable Speysider single malt was bottled up at 43% ABV.

Nose
Banana bread, French toast, blueberry muffins - breakfast bakes goods, basically.
Palate
A slow build of kitchen spices, still packed plenty of bakery delights.
Finish
Gingerbread, red liquorice and roasted almonds.
