Description

A single cask Benriach from Hunter Laing’s Old Malt Cask series. Distilled in May 2010, this Speyside single malt spent 13 years maturing in refill hogshead #HL21313 before being bottled at 50% ABV. Just 341 bottles were produced, without chill filtration or added colour.

Nose

Passion fruit, fresh orange and runny honey, with ripe orchard fruit, soft malt and a little vanilla underneath.

Palate

Raspberry and raisins lead into cacao, honeyed malt and ripe fruit.

Finish

Berry fruit, cacao, honey and creamy malt.
