The powerful Ben Nevis style meets the punch of first-fill oloroso in this 100 Proof Series bottling from Signatory Vintage. Aged for nine years and bottled at 57.1% ABV, it showcases that distinctive waxy, meaty Highland character alongside sherry-cask richness.

Nose

Leather armchair, sultanas, damp tobacco leaf and dark treacle.

Palate

Full-bodied with burnt sugar, espresso, liquorice root, and earthy spice.

Finish

Long and grippy, with notes of cocoa powder, walnut skin and distant wood smoke.
