This single malt from Ben Nevis joins the 100 Proof Edition from independent bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2015, the whisky spent years maturing in a host of first and second fill oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled at 57.1% ABV, or 100-proof in old imperial standards.
