This is a 2014 vintage Ben Nevis single malt. It was matured for 8 years in two second-fill oloroso sherry butts (casks 260 & 262) and then bottled in November 2023 for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Nose
Tropical fruit, cinnamon, nuts, rich oak, and toffee.
Palate
Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut, ginger, vanilla, and woodsmoke.
Finish
Spiced fruit and caramel.
